Hair Slug

I have no idea what the owners of this hair salon were thinking when they came up with the name “Hair Slug.” It conjures up an image of a slimy mollusc slithering along your scalp. I guess that would be one way of saving money on hair gel.

    If a slug were to live n my scalp … I would go and shave them off … right away … it’s a for of advertisement then?

    hmmmm right. Then I can’t see any other explanations!
    Us, lowly occidentals, must, sometimes, admit defeat in front of the boundless word imagination the Japanese can come up with.
